The Commission has today published a note on quality of service penalties at Dublin Airport.
We have decided that service quality penalties associated with not meeting security queue time targets at Dublin Airport are waived for January 2022. This decision is based on evidence of extenuating circumstances provided by Dublin Airport on the impact of the omicron variant of COVID-19 on the absence rate of the Airport Search Unit officers during this period.
