Accessing the Travel Trade Licensing Portal
Travel Trade Licensing is now available through a new online portal. If you would like to apply for a Travel Agent or Tour Operator licence, you must submit your application through the portal. Before you can use this service, your organisation must be registered and approved by the IAA.

Once your organisation has been approved by the IAA, you will be able to access the relevant Travel Trade Licensing services through the portal.
New Applicants Only:
If you have not previously held a Travel Agent or Tour Operator licence, contact the Travel Trade Licensing Team at traveltrade@iaa.ie before registering on the portal. The Travel Trade Team will provide further details of the procedure for new applicants.
