The Flight Operations Department and Airworthiness Department are responsible for the approval and ongoing surveillance of compliance by Airlines and organisations involved in the carriage of dangerous goods by air.

FOD and AWSD conform with Annex 6 and Annex 18 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, as amended.

Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, as amended, laying down the technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.


Reporting of Dangerous Goods Occurrences

Reports should be submitted to the Irish Aviation Authority, Airworthiness Standards Department, The Times Building, 11-12 D'Olier St., Dublin 2.
