The IAA’s Business Management System has been certified by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) since 1997. In 2015, the IAA transitioned to the latest revision of the ISO standard - ISO 9001:2015, becoming one of the first air navigation service providers in Europe to achieve this certification.
