Travel Business Collapse Information and Claim Forms

The Irish Aviation Authority operates consumer protection schemes. Affected customers may be covered in the event of a collapse of a Travel Agent or Tour Operator licenced by the Irish Aviation Authority where they had purchased a package including travel departing Ireland. Customers may also be covered if they bought travel only commencing in Ireland.

There is separate consumer protection to cover customers who bought travel packages sold elsewhere in Europe.
