Passenger Advisory Group (PAG)
The Irish Aviation Authority has established a revised Passenger Advisory Group to ensure that passenger priorities are reflected in our regulatory decision making.
What is the PAG?
The PAG is a consultative body that provides input on:
Service quality at Dublin Airport.
Capital investment programmes at Dublin Airport .
Consumer protection and accessibility measures.
Membership of the Group
The Passenger Advisory Group is composed of organisations that represent the diversity of passengers
Leisure passengers are represented by the Consumer’s Association of Ireland and Failte Ireland.
People with reduced mobility or disabilities are represented by the National Disability Authority, the Irish Society for Autism, Vision Ireland and Alzheimer Europe.
Business passengers are represented by the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC), Chambers Ireland and IDA Ireland.

Meetings of the Group
Meeting summaries and updates will be published in this section. The PAG will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
The first meeting of the PAG will help to inform the sixth determination governing airport charges at Dublin Airport. The sixth determination governs the maximum level of airport charges that daa may levy at Dublin Airport during the period commencing from 1 January 2027.

Work of the Former PAG
To inform the Third Interim Review of the 2019 Determination on Airport Charges at Dublin Airport, we held a number of meetings with the Passenger Advisory Group throughout 2022. The details of which are published below.
To inform the 2019 Determination of Airport Charges we held five meetings with the Passenger Advisory Group with the following themes.
