The Commission has published a Decision on a Second Interim Review of the 2019 Determination with respect to the regulatory settlements for 2022. The Decision is here.

The Decision is broadly in line with the Draft Decision published in October. We have amended certain aspects of the regulatory settlement for 2022 which are not fit-for-purpose in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
