Draft Decision- Second Interim Review of the 2019 Determination on Airport Charges at Dublin Airport

The Commission has published a Draft Decision on an Interim Review of the 2019 Determination with respect to the regulatory settlements for 2022. We are proposing to amend certain aspects of the regulatory settlement for 2022 which are not fit-for-purpose in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This follows on from the consultation we published in March in relation to a second interim review in response to the circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The paper also sets out our intention to now commence a full review of the regulatory settlements from 2023 and beyond.
