Travel Trade Consumer Protection Measures - Advice to Department of Transport Tourism and Sport
The Commission has published a report setting out its advice to the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport in relation to travel trade consumer protection measures. This concludes our consultation with industry on the adequacy of consumer protection arrangements in place. In the second phase of this work (undertaken this year) we published an Interim report, for consultation, in August. We met with industry and received 15 responses to the consultation paper. The final report is issued alongside this paper. The responses received are also issued alongside this paper.
