Review of existing insolvency protection arrangements – Consultation Paper & Interim Report

Today (Wednesday, 07 August 2019) the Commission for Aviation Regulation publishes a consultation paper and a report following its review of existing insolvency protection arrangements for customers buying package holidays. The consultation paper is available here and the report is available here. At the end of the consultation period, we will finalise our report and this will form the basis of advice to the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport.
The Commission invites the views of interested parties, by email, to info@aviationreg.ie before 5pm, 18th September 2019.
