Q2 2018 Dublin Airport Quality of Service Monitoring

The Commission has published the results of quality of service monitoring of Dublin Airport for Q2 2018. The reportsummarises the results, with data reported for security queue times, baggage handling facilities, as well as passenger survey results.

There were 3 breaches in Q2 2018, on 12 May, 27 May and 9 June, the security queue in Terminal 1 exceeded 30 minutes. There will be a reduction in the 2018 price cap of 0.15% based on these results. As a result, the airport will have approximately €430,000 of foregone revenue. All other targets were achieved.
