2019 Determination- Issues Paper Responses and Government Policy Notification

The Commission received five responses to our Issues Paper on the Maximum Level of Airport Charges at Dublin Airport, ahead of the 2019 Determination. These responses are published here.
We also received notification from the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport that we should have regard to the National Aviation Policy (2015) and the Policy Statement on Airport Charges (2017) when making the 2019 Determination. This notification is here.
