PACE Consultation Document and Regulatory Submission

The Commission has published Dublin Airport’s Programme of Airport Campus Enhancement (PACE) consultation document, together with Dublin Airport’s submission to the Commission to request an interim review of the 2014 Determination in line with the Supplementary Capex process. We expect to publish a draft decision on this request in February, which will be followed by a one month statutory consultation period. At this time we are publishing these documents for information purposes only; we will invite submissions in response to the draft decision. The documents are available here.
