Poor start to autumn licensing round

Even though the autumn licensing round was opened by the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) two weeks ago almost two-thirds of Travel Agents and Tour Operators with licences due to expire at the end of October have FAILED to start their application.
The submission deadline for the receipt of paid and completed applications is 15 August 2015 and the CAR reminds applicants that levies for late submission will be applied, as advised in the Commission Notice published on 13 July 2015.
