Just Sunshine Limited, Licence Number TO264, has advised the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) that it is ceasing trading effective from today and will not be in position to honour its contractual committments.  The CAR has revoked its licence and will be calling down its bond.

There are no customers currently abroad with Just Sunshine Limited.

If you have booked a holiday departing from the Republic of Ireland from Just Sunshine Limited during the period in which it held a licence you may be entitled to claim a refund from the bond held by the Commission for Aviation Regulation.  If you made your booking through a Travel Agent please contact them without delay.  Click here to download a claim form.

Claims Processing

Once you send in a claim form it will be assessed by the CAR.  Claims must be accompanied by all supporting documentation and will only be refunded when the claim has been examined and approved.  We ask for customers' patience in dealing with claims.

All claimants will be contacted with a claim reference number when their claim has been received - this reference must be used when dealing with the CAR.
