The Commission published the Quality of Service Report for Q3 (July to September) 2014 using information provided by the DAA and the IAA. The first report summarises the results for the quality of service schemes for aeronautical services at Dublin Airport, with new data reported for security queue times, baggage handling facilities, as well as passenger survey results. The second report provides an update on the quality of service scheme for the IAA. There was no breach in terms of service quality.
