2012 Air Passenger Rights Report published

The Commission for Aviation Regulation today published its Air Passenger Rights Complaints Report for the period 1st January - 31st December 2012. This Report provides an overview of all complaints received in respect of both EC Regulation No. 261/ 2004 and EC Regulation No. 1107/ 2006 during that time. The Report can be viewed by clicking here.
