This Notice sets out the Commission's scheme to implement the licensing regime for the Spring licensing round of 2013. 

In order to facilitate a smooth and orderly renewal of licences, close attention should be paid to the timetable for applications, decisions and subsequent granting of licences.

For the convenience of licence holders templates of the insurance bond and bank bondfor licensing year May 2013 - April 2014 are available here.

Renewal of licenses is through the on-line system only.
