Commission for Aviation Regulation publishes further "Quality of Service" results for Dublin Airport and the half-yearly report "Air Passenger Rights"

The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) today published the second set of results from the "Quality of Service" monitoring scheme at Dublin Airport. The monitoring scheme assesses Dublin Airport Authority's (DAA) performance in meeting the targets set by CAR in relation to thirteen specific measures. Also published today was CAR's report on "Air Passenger Rights" for the first 6 months of the year. This report provides an overview of all complaints received in relation to EC Regulation No. 261/ 2004 during the period 1st January to 30th June 2010. The report can be viewed by clicking here.
