Commission publishes 2009 Annual Report to the Minister for Transport

The Commission has today published its 2009 Annual Report to the Minister for Transport. The report summarises the Commission's activities during 2009 in each of its main areas of operation:
- Price regulation of Dublin Airport Authority (Dublin airport aeronautical charges) and the Irish Aviation Authority (Dublin, Cork and Shannon Aviation Terminal Services Charges)
- Designating the scheduling status for landing and take-off slots at Irish airports
- Air carrier licensing
- Groundhandling approvals
- Travel Trade Licensing
- Consumer protection, dealing with Air Passenger Rights and the Rights of Persons with Reduced Mobility
