The Commission for Aviation Regulation wishes to advise that Mac Laverty Travel Limited, Claregalway Shopping Centre, Claregalway, Co Galway ceased trading on 28th July 2008.  For further information click on the news headline.

Customers of MacLaverty Travel who have yet to travel may claim a refund of any monies paid from the Commission for Aviation Regulation by completing a Refund Application Form which is available for download here.  Printed copies are available on request from the Commission’s offices at 3rd Floor, Alexandra House, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, 2. LoCall 1890 787 787.

Documentary support for refunds

The Refund Application Form sets out the documentary evidence required in order to make a claim. Claimants are asked to note that this includes

• A copy of the relevant invoice
• A copy of the booking firm
• Proof of Payment

Claimants are advised to retain a copy of all correspondence and documentation submitted to the Commission.
