Below we publish the 2020-2026 results to date of Dublin Airport for six targets related to the availability of airport assets, as set out in the 2019 Determination:
1. Access to the outbound baggage belt should be available within 30 minutes of an airline's request. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per daily breach.
2. Access to the inbound baggage belt should be available within 30 minutes of an airline's request. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per daily breach.
3. Self-service check-in kiosks and bag drop machines should be available on average 99% of time in a quarter. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per quarterly breach.
4. Fixed Electric Ground Power should be available on average 93.5% (99%) in a month for new (old) units. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per monthly breach.
5. Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System should be available on average 93.5% (99%) in a month for new (old) units. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per monthly breach.
6. Passenger facing escalators, lifts and travellators should be available on average 98% in a quarter. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per quarterly breach.
In 2020, Dublin Airport should comply with targets 1, 2 and 3. From 2021-2024, Dublin Airport should comply with the six targets. When Dublin Airport has fully implemented HBS3 in a terminal, targets 1 and 2 will measure the outcome of delivering departing and arriving bags through the outbound and inbound baggage system rather than measuring solely the access to the belts.
