Below we publish the 2023-2026 results to date of Dublin Airport for six targets related to the availability of airport assets, as set out in the 2022 Determination:
1. Access to the outbound baggage belt should be available within 30 minutes of an airline's request. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per daily breach.
2. Access to the inbound baggage belt should be available within 30 minutes of an airline's request. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per daily breach.
3. Self-service check-in kiosks and bag drop machines should be available on average 99% of the time in a quarter. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per quarterly breach.
4. Fixed Electric Ground Power should be available on average 99% of the time in a month for units. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per monthly breach.
5. Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System should be available on average 99% of the time in a month for units. Dublin Airport will forego €0.01 per monthly breach.
6. Passenger facing escalators, lifts and travellators should be available on average 99% of the time in a quarter. Dublin Airport will forego €0.005 per quarterly breach.
