The CAR has published a decision on a revised Irish Performance Plan for RP3, as provided for under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1627 on exceptional measures for the third reference period (2020-2024) of the single European sky performance and charging scheme due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
