Consultation on Revised Reference Period 3 (RP3) Performance Plan for Air Navigation Services in Ireland, 2020-2024

The CAR has published a consultation on a revised Irish Performance Plan for RP3, as provided for under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1627 on exceptional measures for the third reference period (2020-2024) of the single European sky performance and charging scheme due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The consultation document setting out our proposals for the new Performance Plan is on this page. Published alongside it is the following material:
- Our Performance Plan financial model.
- Business Plan submissions from each of the IAA ANSP, Met Eireann Aviation Services Division (ASD), and the NSA.
- A report by Steer on the IAA ANSP operating costs, commissioned by CAR.
- A report by Steer on the Business Plan submissions from Met ASD and the NSA.
Responses may be submitted to info@aviationreg.ie until 5PM (Irish Time) on Tuesday 31 August.
