Decision- Interim Review of the 2019 Determination on Airport Charges at Dublin Airport

The Commission has published a Decision on an Interim Review of the 2019 Determination with respect to the regulatory settlements for 2020 and 2021. The Decision is here.

The Decision is broadly in line with the Draft Decision published in October. We have amended certain aspects of the regulatory settlements for 2020 and 2021 which are not fit-for-purpose in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Relative to the Draft Decision, we have made some adjustments to the Capex timeline consultation process.

This follows on from the consultation we published in June in relation to the appropriate price regulation response to the circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
