Decision on Local Guideline at Dublin Airport
The Commission has decided to implement a Local Guideline (termed Local Rule A) in relation to slot allocation at Dublin Airport. The purpose of the Local Guideline is to provide a framework to allow for the flexible and timely management of a temporary reduction in available capacity at Dublin Airport, as a result of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In its Draft Decision of 10 July, the Commission proposed to adopt Local Rule A. The Commission received a response from Aer Lingus, in which Aer Lingus reiterated its support for implementation. The response is published here alongside this document.
