COVID-19 and Quality of Service Penalties at Dublin Airport

The Commission for Aviation Regulation confirms that there will be no financial penalties associated with any quality of service breaches at Dublin Airport for March and April 2020. This is due to the unprecedented disruption that the aviation industry is experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. CN2/2020 sets out the details of this temporary arrangement which will be kept under review and will be extended if the circumstances necessitate it.
