The Commission has published its decision on a number of proposed revisions to the Slot Sanctions Scheme implementation guidelines. These guidelines set out how airport slot misuse will be sanctioned in accordance with S.I. No. 460/2013. The Decision paper, to which the revised guidelines are annexed, is available here. The consultation responses received can be viewed on this page.
