The Commission has published its decision on the process for considering a supplementary capital expenditure allowance for Dublin Airport within a determination period. Although there is some flexibility in a determination to allow the Airport adapt to changes in circumstances, in exceptional situations this may not be sufficient.
Thispaper outlines the process to be followed by Dublin Airport and by the Commission in such a situation.
