Under Section 8(1) of the Aviation Regulation Act, 2001, the Commission is the competent authority in Ireland for the purposes of Council Regulation (EEC) No.95/93 (as amended) on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community Airports, other than the function of the slot coordinator.
In discharging this function, the Commission has declared the parameters for slot allocation for the Summer 2017 season. The letter setting out our decision on declared parameters, together with a report on the evidence conducted on behalf of the Commission by Alan Stratford and Associates, is here. There are no changes from the Summer 2016 parameters. The submissions received from stakeholders are published alongside the decision here.
