Decision on the Scope of the Interim Review Relating to the North Runway

The Commission received separate requests from Aer Lingus, Dublin Airport and Ryanair to expand the review of the 2014 Determination to include additional aspects of the regulatory treatment of the North Runway.
The Commission will limit the scope of the review to the timing of remuneration.
The next step in this interim review is the publication in November of a draft decision on the regulatory treatment of the north runway which will be subject to a public consultation. A final decision will be published before the end of the year.
