Consultation on the Scope of the Interim Review of the Regulatory Treatment of the Northern Runway

The Commission is conducting a consultation on the scope of the interim review of the 2014 Determination relating to the Northern Parallel Runway. Currently, the review will examine the timing of the cost recovery by Dublin Airport of the project, following the decision by the Commission to review this matter in December 2015. After receiving a number of requests to expand the scope beyond this, the Commission now requests the views of interested parties on the merits of expanding the scope.

Deadline for receipt of responses is 5pm, 26 August 2016.
