Appeal Panel for IAA Determination

The Aviation Appeals Panel has completed its work and referred one matter, relating to the treatment of pension costs, back to the Commission.
We have up to two months to consider this referral and either vary or affirm our determination. Relevant documents, including the Aviation Appeals Panel decision and the Determination that has been referred back to us, can be found here. This page also has a Consultation Paper to respond to for parties who wish to make a representation concerning this referral.
The deadline for submissions is Monday 3rd December 2012.
