New Passenger Rights Application
Air Passenger Rights (APR) Day is an initiative which began in 2011 with the aim of raising public awareness of their rights and entitlements when travelling by air. The initiative is coordinated by the European Consumer Centre's Network with the assistance of National Enforcement Bodies such as this Office.
The 2012 APR Day will fall on the 4th July.
In conjunction with the event, the European Commission has launched an application for smartphones which covers air transport amongst other items.
