The Commission has prepared its Quality of Service report for the first quarter of 2012 using information recently provided by the DAA and the IAA. This report summarises the results for the quality of service monitoring schemes for aeronautical services at Dublin Airport and aviation terminal services at Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports for the period January to March 2012.
