Q3 2011 Quality of Service Monitoring

The Commission has prepared its Quality of Service report for the third quarter 2011 using information recently provided by the DAA. This report summarises the monthly data relating to security queue times and the availability of the outbound and inbound baggage systems for this period. It also reports relevant results from the ACI passenger survey for the second quarter. The DAA has met the target levels for all of these measures.
