Draft Determination on Aviation Terminal Services Charges

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has today published its Draft Determination on Aviation Terminal Services Charges (ATSCs) that the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) may levy on airlines for aircraft arriving and departing from Cork, Dublin and Shannon airports in the four year period 2012 - 2015.
The Draft Determination is available at the following link.
The Commission invites all interested parties to send their comments on all aspects of the Draft Determination by 3pm, Wednesday, 27 July 2011.
Following receipt and consideration of responses, a Final Determination will be published by the Commission by the end of October 2011.
