Castle Travel Limited, trading as "Castle Travel Worldchoice" has ceased trading with effect from 21 September 2010

The Commission for Aviation Regulation wishes to advise that Castle Travel Limited, trading as Castle Travel Worldchoice of Ellison Street, Castlebar, Co. Mayo ceased trading from 21 September 2010.

All customers should contact the relevant airline, ferry company or travel provider to establish the status of their booking and make alternative arrangements if necessary.

 If you booked a holiday with a tour operator through Castle Travel Limited, please contact the tour operator in question. Check your booking form. It should indicate who the tour operator is.

 If you booked anything other than a tour operator package through Castle Travel Limited, you may wish to seek the assistance of another travel agent in your area.

Castle Travel Limited has informed the Commission that they will contact all clients to inform them what the position is regarding their booking. Please await this call before contacting the Commission.

Any customers who purchased overseas travel from the company during the period in which it held a license and who wish to claim a refund from the bond held by the Commission for Aviation Regulation for any money that had not been passed onto the travel providers/suppliers may do so by submitting a claim.
