Commission for Aviation Regulation publishes "Quality of Service" results for Dublin Airport and the 2009 "Air Passenger Rights Report"

The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) today published the first set of results from the quality of service monitoring scheme at Dublin Airport. The monitoring scheme assesses Dublin Airport Authority's (DAA) performance in meeting the targets set by CAR in relation to thirteen specific measures. Also published today was CAR's Report on Air Passenger Rights Complaints for 2009. This report provides an overview of all complaints received by the Office in relation to both EC Regulation 261/ 2004 and EC Regulation 1107/ 2006 during the period 1st January 2009 to 31st December 2009.
