Futura Gael- Revocation of Licence

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has revoked the Air Carrier Operating Licence of Futura Gael.
The company is no longer able to satisfy the Commission that it complies with the statutory licensing requirements.
Futura Gael ceased trading on the 7th September 2008 and had its licence suspended on the 8th September 2008. It was given a fourteen day period within which to make representations to the Commission ending 23 September 2008.
