Following the collaspe of Turing Ltd, Club Travel Ltd is, with the agreement of the Commission, taking over and completing all existing bookings and will assist clients in completing the claims for refunds.

The following email should be used where customers are experiencing delays in getting through by phone to Club Travel:

When submitting emails it is advisable that you insert the following information in the subject header:

• Date of Departure
• Booking Reference
• Lead Passenger Name

In the body of the email please insert the nature of your query and a contact number.
