Toolin Travel Limited - click here for claim form

14 Jun 2009

Records of bookings from the branch offices of Toolin Travel Ltd are currently being analyzed centrally under the supervision of the Commission. It is the Commission’s expectation that the processing of refunds can commence at the earliest next week. Further updates will be posted next week accordingly. The Commission thanks consumers for their patience pending receipt of their refunds.

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has been working with Toolin Travel Limited to establish the status of customer bookings.

Customers are advised to firstly examine their invoice from Toolin Travel Limited. Where the invoice indicates that a booking was made on the customer's behalf with a tour operator, the customer should contact the tour operator directly to establish the status of their travel plans.

Where it becomes clear that overseas travel, booked through Toolin Travel Limited during the period of its license, will not proceed and all or part of monies paid to Toolin Travel have not been passed to the supplier(s) in question, customers may make a claim for a refund from the Commission.

See link below to the claim form, which also explains the scope of eligible claims.
