Please note that, with the exception of the provisions of the Capetown Convention above, the Irish Aviation Authority cannot register or note aircraft mortgages or third party rights or interests in aircraft. The Authority is, therefore, unable to agree to requests that a mortgage interest be noted on the aircraft register and file.
