NSA launches Stakeholder Consultation for Reference Period 3 of the Single European Sky Performance and Charging Scheme

The Safety Regulation Division of the IAA, acting as the National Supervisory Authority (NSA) for Ireland, are seeking stakeholders’ views on the contents of the draft Irish Performance Plan for Reference Period 3 (RP3) (2020 – 2024) of the Single European Sky (SES) Performance Scheme. This is in line with the obligations outlined in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/317. The Performance Scheme is a European Union (EU) initiative to improve the performance of Air Navigation Services (ANS) in four key performance areas (KPAs): safety, environment, capacity and cost efficiency.
