WHAT ARE WE DOING AT THE IAA
The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all areas of life and business globally. Our priority in the IAA is the health and safety of our staff, playing our role in the national effort to overcome COVID-19 and maintaining our services to our customers and stakeholders. The IAA is an essential service and we will remain in operation in order to assist with the repatriation of Irish citizens and to keep Ireland’s airspace and airports open to ensure essential medical and other supplies continue to flow.
COVID-19 Passenger Experience Survey
The European Union has developed the COVID-19 Aviation Health Safety Protocol for passengers when travelling with airlines and through airports. As part of the process to continually improve these protocols the Irish Aviation Authority would like to hear about your recent flying experience. If you have any comments on your experience related to COVID-19 measures in place at the airport, or on-board the aircraft, please complete this survey at www.iaa.ie/survey
