IAA’s Employee Well-being Programme - Ibec KeepWell mark achieved

Oct 19, 2018, 12:40 PM by Lesley Dingle

Dublin, 19 October, 2018 – The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) was awarded the Ibec KeepWell mark on 08 October 2018 in recognition of the IAA’s commitment to employee well-being.  The IAA is the first commercial semi-State company to achieve this accreditation.

The KeepWell Mark, an Ibec initiative is an evidence-based accreditation and award that recognises Irish employers for investing in workplace health and well-being. Its aim is to help Irish organisations benchmark workplace well-being activity through a set of systematic and methodical steps.

Brendan Mulligan, Director Human Resources said; “achieving the KeepWell Mark is important to us as it formally recognises and acknowledges organisations that put the well-being of employees at the forefront of company policy.  We are delighted that our commitment to employee well-being has been recognised in this way.”
