Irish Aviation Authority (Obstacles to Aircraft in Flight) Order, S.I. 215 of 2005
The Irish Aviation Authority under section 5, 58, 59 and 60 of the Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993 as amended has made the above named Order, which will come into operation on 1st May 2005.
