The Irish Aviation Authority in pursuance of Articles 11 & 16 and Rule 9 of Part II of the Irish Aviation Authority (Rules of the Air) Order, 2004 (S.I. No. 72/2004) and in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 923/2012, SERA.3145 (Prohibited Areas and Restricted Areas), hereby directs as follows:
A restriction (Temporary Restricted Area) on the flying of aircraft, including Small Unmanned Aircraft as defined in S.I. 563/2015, shall apply in the vicinity of Mine Head Area, Dungarvan Co. Waterford in the Airspace contained within the under mentioned:
Lateral limits: 51°59 34.40"N 007°35'11.10"W Radius 3.0NM
Vertical limits: SFC to 2200 feet AMSL
Duration: The period of the restriction shall be daily from 0700hrs UTC to 1900hrs UTC from Monday 09th October 2017 to Monday 16th October 2017
