The conference team in the IAA went above and beyond to facilitate the success of our event, looking after our every requirement. The facilities in the centre are first class, with a variety of room sizes for every need, and full A/V set up in each room. The meeting catering, both in room and for lunches served in the Atrium, was excellent. The support from Amy and the team, both in advance and over the duration of our three-day conference, was invaluable. We would have no hesitation in recommending the IAA conference centre and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Conference Centre team were such a huge help to us as we put our event together. I really appreciated how patient they were with all of our questions. On the days of the event, the whole team was very helpful. The catering was very good – all the food went down well and there were no complaints. The breakout rooms were great to have and having access to the Atrium as well was very handy as delegates were glad of the chance to move around.
The AV set-up was excellent. The sound worked brilliantly and everyone could hear clearly. Overall, the two days were a great success and we would not hesitate to return for other events.

We hosted an event in the IAA Conference Centre as we were looking for a unique venue with state of the art facilities in Dublin City Centre. It did not disappoint. The audio visual facilities were top notch with great sound and the rooms are spacious, well air conditioned and modern. We booked the whole centre on the day so we had it exclusively. The Theatre is a very unique modern room – 2 large screens and each seat has its own desk with plug. The smaller meeting rooms worked very well for the breakout sessions and the Atrium was a fantastic airy space for tea breaks and lunch. Our guests were all very impressed.
The IAA Conference Centre team were fantastic. Their extensive conference experience is evident and they could not have been more accommodating from day one of planning the event. We felt in very safe hands with them on the day of the conference.

The Irish Aviation Authority's Conference facility is easily among the best in the city. The lecture theatre, is spacious, seating 106 people in great seats, with power at every one. It has the feel of a smaller theatre and the natural light makes an all day meeting so much better. The ability to see and engage with presentations and the speaker is much easier due to the design. Acoustics, the double (huge) screens and the excellent wifi all add to the package.
The variety of meeting rooms in different shapes and sizes makes it an excellent option if conference organisers need break out or smaller rooms. The conference manager, Amy, was incredible from the first visit a number of months ago, managing all our queries, changes to the plan and on the day made everything run so smoothly.
We would not hesitate to go back and, in fact, our delegates asked if we would soon.
