The IAA in response to industry requests intends to offer a series of courses to prepare individuals to sit the appropriate EASA Part 66 Module examinations with a part 147 approved Training organisation. The initial focus will be on the relevant B1 (Turbine Engine) modules.
The courses will be offered as a series of night classes at one of the training facilities at the airport. Classes will run 2 days per week and each class will be a nominal 4 hours in duration. The initial classes will be run on Tuesday and Thursday nights starting each night at 17.30. Alternative days/times may be agreed with the class, if appropriate, once it has formed.
It is intended to start with modules 4 and 5 as these have been identified as the modules with the greatest demand.
Classes will only run if a minimum of 15 people register for the class. Full fees must be paid on or before the registration date shown below. Should a class not form, due to lack of numbers etc. fees will be posted back to students within 14 days of scheduled start date. Numbers are limited and students will be accepted strictly on a first come first served basis.
